Under This Skin

by Sofia Walz-Chojnacki
(WauWatosa, WI )

when I am sitting in thought,
A cold winters night.
the feeling of pain not knowing what your friends are doing to you,
It feels bad when I'm under this skin.
Because it's the worst to find out,
when it's hard to breathe. it was you who kept the oxygen,
And it's cold to know what it feels like to be outside while u are under this beautiful skin that feels good inside.
I can't believe I still can't breathe I am screaming for help I'm dying inside,
I need christina because she stores my oxygen I that I breathe
Help me please

My story focuses on hard times with friendships and what they are accusing of what they are doing to me and knowing what it feels like when you feeling all types of emotions and what it's like to hold your breath to forget and keep moving on and keep the skin I'm in and focusing on the breath of letting someone there and to have your best friend just to help to me to have her hand on my back to slow down my breathing I do have some asthma problems as well and my friend tells me that she is not a doctor and I'm like I know you are just my best friend

Thank you, Sofia. I know a lot of people can relate.
