the fall

by Yazza
(AL)

Raw like all your skins has been rubbed off,
leaving you open, unprotected against the harsh monstrosities of this world
everything sudden seems complicated,
the tears well up in your eyes,
if only i could think straight i say to myself but my mind is already running on a windy road up a mountain and you reach the top, your mind just stands there and says why am i here? the cold wind hurt and the rain pelts you with droplets, each one like a separate insult, pain dragging you down. you step forward off the edge, the pain drags you down but the bleeding brings up again. you are sitting at the bottom of a well, the rain has stopped but your arms are still wet, the red water washing away your pain. The sun doesn?t reach you in your solemn pit and you dont want it to, coz if that small ray hits you someone might find you and help you out of the well, but you know all too well that you are just going up that hill again, that you will jump to stop the pain. So instead you curl up in your pitt of despair, looking up and the pretty sun with your bleeding wrists
