You'd have to be living in a cave not to have heard about the importance of dealing with stress. Stress management is big business - and it should be - stress related illness is serious and epidemic.

There are lots of tips and techniques for stress management in the media these days.

Dr. Ben Kim (drbenkim.com) says, “Our emotional health status is the single most important determinant of our overall health, since it's the foundation from which all of our daily choices are made. Chronic emotional stress is a direct cause of disease and dysfunction.“
