Here I am with my husband, Jim, in our home in Asheville, NC.
We live on 2 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains. There is a creek and magnificent trees. There is almost always a breeze, the sun shines a lot, and the nights are cool even in the summer. I call our bit of heaven "dancing leaves". Our land is next to a long pasture which ends in a backdrop of mountain peaks. Sometimes the cows in the pasture come to the fence and visit...along with their guardian donkey, Jesse. He is wild about apples. (He really does HE-HAW!)
My days are filled with a combination of phone sessions, working on this website, and household chores. My fave is mowing the lawn! (Out and about with the breeze and those dancing leaves!) Jim is a long-time gardner and he is finally showing me why that is better than "just going to the grocery store"...(me, the city girl). MY "CALLING" I fell in love with Resonance Repatterning (tm) as a client in 1999. I became a certified practitioner in 2000. This was after 10 years of intense searching for my "calling". I finally found something that really worked...(again, after 10 years of trying everything I could get my hands on). What do I mean..."worked"? I changed!
The simple truth is...I knew I needed so much healing that I'd better do it a lot, more than I could pay for. So I learned to do it on myself. Then on others. And I found I was good at it. It's great fun to see that I have come a long LONG way in my personal healing. It is great fun to know that if I can do it, my clients can, too. People who know me now think I was one of those "cheerleader" types in high school. They are shocked to learn about my "formative years".
My story (short version)... I grew up in a "respectable" WASP family, was a very rebellious teen in the '70's (wink wink), left home at 17 in my senior year, became an "emancipated minor" and graduated, married young, had a son, was driven to succeed, got burned out, was twice divorced by age 32 in 1990, and hence began my healing journey. Maybe someday I'll include the long story...the one that includes the family patterns and dysfuntions, the broken attachments and abandonment issues, my desperate need to find meaning, my passion about human potential...etc. Maybe! WHY this site? This site provides a point of view on depression that is unique on the internet. Depression is about unresolved emotions, unmet needs, and connection to spirit. The sessions I do are transformative and I have learned a lot about how to reach deep hurts and needs -- AS WELL AS the strength and light within. In writing this site, I have learned that I have a lot to share. Also that there is much I cannot duplicate in an online experience.

My phone sessions are around 90 minutes and I charge $80. Or 2 for $150 or 3 for $200 (if done within a 3 month period) (recession rates!). Payment is by Paypal or check.
