Fear of Abandonment-Laura responds
by: Laura

hmmmm. Do you have abandonment issues? Well, yes, but... What hits me is it is more dependency issues. More princess issues. Of course abandonment issues are dependency (and you lost your father, so of course abandonment is part of it.)

But if you are asking-- what is the main healing needed--hmmm. I'd say perhaps look at the possibility of not being in any relationship. Now...what happens? Have you ever done that...without heroes but yourself?

Can you imagine being your own prince or king? Can you imagine being queen of your realm? I'm not attacking you, as I have these same-very same-issues about being rescued, being dependent, having a hero. Believe me! and the healing is in standing strong.

I am strong! And I don't have to take a position of LESS THAN.

I'm not saying to change everything, just try on your crown and see how it feels. (Off with their head, is what I say! :-) )
