Just taking these depression tests can be disheartening...! My take is "if you have to ask, you probably are". HOWEVER...I do not see depression the way drug companies are brain washing us to see it. I see depression as a sign of intelligence and heart. I see it as a call for healing and growth. It's your soul's way of letting you know that change is needed and that you care, that your life and depth and potential are very important.
