Vision and goals are so crucial, it becomes hard to maintain healthy attitudes...which then work against you. BUT, as you probably know, NOT having a vision or goals is....well, depressing. Sacrificing balance, self, or relationship to achieving goals can develop into lack of presence in the now and absence of a unique sense of self. There can be a loss of perspective and of simple joy in life. Anger and frustration can result from a lack of flexibility regarding goals. Unpleasant feelings can be suppressed into forced positive thinking...eventually numbness sets in. Goals may feel like a set up for disappointment, or like superficial values. You may feel that you are in non-acceptance, dissatisfied or complaining. You may not be allowing yourself to learn from experience. You may not fully appreciate the "growth" that comes from reaching for your vision. You may lose faith in your self. You may be looking for approval from others or needing to prove yourself. You may not be appreciating the value of the "mystery" in your unfolding vision and growth.Remember! Depression self help begins with healing blocks to your life's vision, purpose, and goals...to your natural life-giving need to expand and grow.
People often tell me they can’t have healthy relationships or they are skeptical that I can help them.
Lest we forget: A rewarding life or good relationships are natural -- an unrewarding life or unhealthy (or absent) relationships are what is unnatural.
Folks, as humans our brains and nervous systems are hard-wired to need happiness and relationships! This is a healthy, good need. I use a proven process called Resonance Repatterning® to identify the patterns that get in your way and assist you in shifting to new patterns.
I make no claims about instant fixes and if I did, the skeptics would be right. However, I do claim that sessions can powerfully move you from negative to positive patterns. These shifts change you from the inside out and ripple out into your life and relationships. These shifts change you: who you attract - and how you act - and how you feel.
