Each depression quiz will help you learn more about your life path.
The "Five Flavors of Depression" Quizzes.
These five (short and quick) depression quizzes help you with deeper causes of depression. Learn about the challenges your inner nature provides for your development.
Caution! These quizzes can trigger uncomfortable feelings.
Please, notice your responses when you take these quizzes. Do you feel overcome with inadequacies? Are you willing to say "Oh! I see what is ruining my life and I see where inner change might help?
Do you accept that ANYTIME you choose to grow, you have to start with what needs to change? If seeing a need for change is depressing, wellllllllll. One is rather screwed, isn’t one? Life sure enough becomes depressing. Changing...becoming...can be something you do easily, eagerly, and constantly.
A friend read one of the quizzes and said it reminded her of her inadequacies and made her feel depressed.
I don’t see how anyone can deal their "inadequacies" without being "reminded" of them first.
The point is to help you see what is causing your depression.
Ok...enough lecture. Consider yourself warned!

Quiz for Values and Inspiration (Metal Element)
Who doesn't have "worthiness" issues? This is another common cause of depression. Do you feel valued and acknowledged, inspired or honorable? What do you value most?
I call it the "caterpillar goo" quiz. Did you know that caterpillars turn into total goo before they transform into butterflies? We do that too... everything--inside and out, melts down. It's the "life sucks" stage.
This stage is not to be missed! Why? Ever hear the expression..."There are no atheists in foxholes"? Pain motivates change. Some might say this stage is a consequence of living without 'soul'.
