Well...how did your depression quiz go? About what percent were true? 50%? 10% 100%?

If you notice that this depression quiz has you feeling "triggered", off-center, testy, tense, blaming...that sort of thing, then this proven, emotional release/stress reducer process will help.

Just taking this quiz can be depressing...! My take is "if you have to ask, you probably are". HOWEVER...I do not see depression the way drug companies are brain washing us to see it. I see depression as a sign of intelligence and heart. I see it as a call for healing and growth. It's your soul's way of letting you know that change is needed and that you care, that your life and depth and potential are very important.
