Anxiety and Depression Treatment:
Completions and New Beginnings

Completion with the past is an essential anxiety and depression treatment.

If you are suffering from anxiety and depression, treatment with this easy procedure will bring an immediate shift. Getting completion is the best way to create powerful new beginnings "baggage free".

It takes only a few minutes and is easy to do.

How do you know if you need completion? Do you use any of these expressions about yourself?:

• Have a lot of baggage or issues?
• Get your buttons pushed?
• Carry a charge about something?
• Have a heavy energy?
• Carry a lot of garbage?
• Are over-reactive?
• Get triggered?
• Are over-sensitive?

If any of that can be said about you, it means life has left you with unresolved pain. Your pain is like a splinter in your finger; it hurts every time you bump it.

Pain is nature’s way of reminding you to take out the splinter. Use this anxiety and depression treatment for completions to take it out:

Begin with a formal relaxation:

  1. Close your eyes and take a few full, slow breaths (through nose if possible). Then begin to relax, part by part, as you exhale. Start with your face, head, neck, and so on. Once you’ve exhaled/relaxed each part down through your feet, scan for any spots of tension and relax there.

  2. Next bring your inner gaze to your heart space. Imagine your heart space as a cool, dark, deep well. Inhale love, exhale love. Expand your heart with love out to the world.

  3. Ask yourself: “What am I completing? How have I grown from this, what have I learned? What has been important to me? What do I most appreciate about it? Continue to “listen” … be sure to “hear everything important.

  4. Now ask, “What do I regret?” Simply make a list, knowing that your regrets help you learn. Recognizing your regrets allows you to begin forgiving and loving the “learning experience” that life always is. Name your regrets and notice the tension that dissolves as you do so.

There are no solutions for regrets. They are an unavoidable part of life. The healthy, life-loving and energizing thing to do is accept them, hold yourself with them, (just be with them), and then forgive and release them.

Even though regrets ARE part of life, it is
not healthy to carry their burden forever.
Regrets prevent a fresh start. This simple
              anxiety and depression treatment provides
the knowledge that you can handle anything.

  5. There may be someone you can tell your regrets to, someone who will not try to “fix” anything. Or you might journal them. Or hand them over to God.

  6. When you have finished, get up and move and stretch, perhaps a loud sigh or yawn would feel good.
